Welcome to the new day!
Experiment with this idea when you get a chance!
What appears?
From the continuous mental running from external distraction to internal stillness.
Is what appears actually happening in reality or is it merely you bringing your mental internal ideas, judgements, and conclusions into the external world and then, living in that world you have made,
believing it to be true?
No one can see inside your world unless you give off clues.
Have you ever asked someone what they are thinking in opposition to what you think they are thinking?
What is your rate of accuracy?
It’s almost like you are living in your own little video game.
This state of being; overwhelmed with the continuous flow of information from our default mode network (DMN) which is the network of ideas from the world we have experienced through our entire lives.
(The Default Mode Network (DMN) is a set of brain regions—primarily the medial prefrontal cortex, posterior cingulate cortex, and angular gyrus—that become highly active during wakeful rest, daydreaming, and self-referential thought. It operates when not focused on external tasks, supporting memory, future planning, and social cognition.)
It is in the default mode network comfort zone where the mind is directed on the basis of duration, path, and outcome.
The land of what you have experienced, is your survival landscape.
What appears?
In that landscape your ego is king!
Your ego can bring up any experience you have lived to demonstrate proof it has the best survival techniques.
The ego tries to operate as the highest and most qualified Tier One team.
Unfortunately they never got their trident.
From their perspective it is impossible’s word against possibilities’ words.
The ego is continually talking and letting you think you have come up with all this on your own.
It rebels when you oppose its suggestions and then it says “what exactly do you think is going to happen if you do it that way?
It will remind you of this event or that.
The actions were fear motivated based on insight and actions from past experiences.
It’s hard to see the illusion until you separate yourself from the doubt, the worry, and the fear.
It is simply your ego endeavoring to keep you away from the things you dislike and move you closer to what you like.
The challenge is to let go!
I accept
I trust
Until you let’s go of the old, the experiences, as the main survival guide, you cannot see the forest for the trees.
It’s as if you travel in the long line of humans controlled by conformity since birth, and yet once we see, enter, accept, trust, and walk-in to the land of possibility, where the highest and the greatest, the boundless, and inexhaustible live, that we can look back, and recognize the illusion for what is was all along.
(We never noticed the lipstick on the pig, we thought it was a fashion model of some new sort.)
Today two paths are available.
Possibility!
Impossibility!
Running parallel to each other at different frequencies with the only intersection being the point of acceptance and trust in possibility.
Once you see possibility you can look back and see the illusion for what it is.
The doubt, the worry, the fear, the constant judgement of yourself and others, the continuous mockery of your life, your dress, your hair color, your weight etc..
Even though seeming to be normal, these judgements are detrimental to human reasoning and optimum performance.
Time to let go!
With the Ego every step forward has you looking back several steps to see if you were ever successful at this previously or not.
The walk into possibility is here in the present moment.
A little scary because the next step is into a land where you may have never been can be unnerving.
I accept
I trust
Every external action is being invoked by an internal reality.
Notice what appears!
Is it what is happening right now or have you taken a brief excursion back to a previous time and are basing your judgements and decisions on it?
The possibility framework of moving from external distraction to deep inner stillness directly affects the human neurology of how the brain processes, shelves, and integrates trauma and memory.
When you stop running and stand still, you are forcing their central nervous system to shift from survival-driven defense to cognitive integration.
“So hard to let it all go, you may need this or that”, was the last remark from the Ego.
It asked quietly, how will you survive without a survival mindset?
Well, good question I remark out loud to myself;
I have been invited into Possibility and every base is covered.
There’s newness, boundlessness, and inexhaustible supply for every need.
I am fearless, no matter what!
Not everyone will make the jump from impossibility to possibility.
It’s a new road into the reality of the learning portal of the present moment where possibility lives.
Leave the doubt, the worry, and the fear behind!
They are not real, merely illusions in comparison to possibility.
Let it all go and begin here!
No one ever asked you to carry yesterday, tomorrow, and today!
One day at a time!
What appears?
Have a fantastic day!
Be well, and
Stay curious, my friend.
